The 86129 is a compact and intelligent UV digital probe designed for real-time measurement of UV power and energy. Featuring a standard RS485 communication interface and MODBUS protocol support, it offers seamless connectivity to computers, PLCs, and human-machine interfaces for real-time data acquisition and monitoring. Its split design—separating the detector and controller—makes installation flexible and straightforward.
Probe Parameters
Depending on the UV spectrum range and application, three models of the 86129 digital probe are available: 86129-UVALED, 86129-UVA, and 86129-UVC. The table below outlines the key parameters for each model.

Communication Parameters
1.Station Number
The 86129 probe supports the standard MODBUS protocol with a default communication address of "1". Users can change the address (range 1-247) using the "Human Machine Debugging Tool" or through the communication protocol.
2.Baud Rate
The default baud rate is 9600bps. This can be adjusted using the "Human Machine Debugging Tool" or via the communication protocol.
3.Protocol
The probe supports the MODBUS protocol, allowing users to read measurement data, and configure both the communication address and baud rate. For detailed command sets, refer to the "86129 Digital Probe Communication Protocol".

Features
RS485 Interface & MODBUS Support
The probe comes equipped with a standard RS485 interface and supports the MODBUS protocol. It includes high-temperature cables that can withstand up to 200°C, enabling long-term, real-time online monitoring.

Compact & Split Design
The small size and split design (detector and controller) allow flexible installation in tight spaces. The two components can also be fastened together with screws when needed.


Wide Power Supply Range
The probe operates with a DC power supply ranging from 5V to 24V, making it adaptable across various industrial applications.
