The 86172 is a handheld, multifunctional colorimeter built with a 45/0 annular illumination geometry. It features a 3.5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen for a superior user experience. This device includes various built-in color charts and can rapidly identify the three closest matching color codes. Additional functions include color comparison and multiple standard color input options. Users can define color deviation thresholds and select from several color difference formulas, making it ideal for fast and efficient quality control (QC) testing.

Touch screen operation, perfect experience
The instrument uses a 3.5-inch IPS color capacitive touch screen, no button settings are required. The screen is tilted at 30 degrees, a perfect viewing angle, which offers a good user experience and human-computer interaction interface.

Colorimeter can quickly match the closest three color codes, and the accuracy rate is as high as 90%.

CIE Lab values indication
Only two clicks on the screen are needed to complete a color difference measurement. The colorimeter provides the color deviation indication of the three color channels of CIE Lab and assistance for color mixing.

Large storage space
Massive storage space, users can create personalised color databases and easily enter industry-specific color card information.

Various ways to complete color comparison
You can enter the values of the standard color in the color compare interface and complete color comparison. Standard color can also be added from the personal color chart and standard color chart.
Support multi-channel color sharing
Enterprise users can import and export color data through the APP or PC software, manage their own color card information library and color formulas, and share the data through WeChat, QQ, email, etc. to the company or customers.
QC mode makes batch inspection easier

Installation and Operation
1、 Mobile APP installation
The mobile APP support Android operating system version 7.0 or higher and iPhone supports iOS 7.0 or higher version.
It can be installed in the following ways:
Scan the QR code on the portable colorimeter with a mobile browser or WeChat, follow the prompts to download and install.
Search for "LSColor" (not case sensitive) in the APP Store/Google Play to install the application.

2. PC software installation
Connect to the computer via USB, you can use the PC software of the colorimeter. (PC software only supports Windows operating system)
