The 86173 is a portable, multifunctional colorimeter designed with D/8° (SCI) optical geometry. It features a 3.5-inch IPS capacitive color touch screen for a smooth and user-friendly experience. This device supports multiple built-in color charts, allowing users to quickly match measured colors to the closest standard color codes. It also includes a color comparison function and supports various methods for adding standard colors. The device allows users to customize color difference thresholds and select different color difference formulas, enabling fast and efficient quality control (QC) testing.

Features
3.5-inch touch screen makes the operation more convenient
The colorimeter comes with a 3.5-inch IPS color touch screen, no button operation is required. The screen is tilted at 30 degrees, a perfect viewing angle, convenient for reading.
Color measurement and color comparison function
Color measurement can be achieved by touching the screen button or pressing the power button, and the color value can be measured in 1 second. Two clicks can complete the color difference comparison.
Built-in multiple electronic color charts
The instrument is built-in multiple standard electronic color cards, when using the colour measurement function, it can quickly match the closest 3 color codes, the accuracy rate is up to 90% or more.
Lab values indication makes color mixing easier
In the color difference comparison interface, it can display the color deviation indication values of the three color channels of CIE Lab, making color mixing easier.
Large storage capacity
You can build your own private color database and industry-specific color card information in the colorimeter, which can store over thousands of color data entries, instead of carrying heavy color cards.
Various ways to complete color comparison
You can enter the values of the standard color in the color compare interface or just add from the personal color chart and standard color chart. No need to worry about ageing and discolouration of samples.

Installation and Operation
1. Mobile APP installation
The mobile APP support Android operating system version 7.0 or higher and iPhone supports iOS 7.0 or higher version.
It can be installed in the following ways:
Scan the QR code on the portable colorimeter with a mobile browser or WeChat, follow the prompts to download and install.
Search for "LSColor" (not case sensitive) in the APP Store/Google Play to install the application.
2. PC software installation
Connect to the computer via USB, you can use the PC software of the colorimeter. (PC software only supports Windows operating system)
