Large 20mm measuring aperture
Ideal for textured or rough materials like textiles
3.5-inch IPS color touchscreen for intuitive operation
Multiple built-in electronic color charts for accurate color matching
Displays CIE Lab color deviation
86175 is a handheld colorimeter that uses a 45°/0° illumination geometry and features a generous 20mm measuring aperture. It’s equipped with a 3.5-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen and supports connectivity with both mobile devices and PCs. The device operates independently without requiring an app or software, but can also be paired with either for extended features such as color sharing and report printing.
It includes several electronic color charts to help users quickly identify the closest color match. The color comparison function supports various ways of setting standards and allows users to define color deviation thresholds for efficient quality control checks. Its wide aperture makes it suitable for gathering more uniform data, particularly useful for materials such as textiles, leather, fabrics, and wooden surfaces.
