86226 High Precision Coating Thickness Gauge

Ideal for Measuring Coating Thickness on Flat Surfaces

Gravity-based measurement ensures stable positioning
Dual-screen display for easy readability
1-5 point calibration for complex applications

User Manual

This high-precision coating thickness gauge is designed to measure non-magnetic coatings—such as paint, varnish, enamel, chrome, and galvanizing—on ferromagnetic metal substrates like steel or iron. It also accurately measures non-conductive coatings—including paint, anodized layers, and ceramics—on non-magnetic metals such as copper, aluminum, die-cast zinc, and brass. The gauge automatically detects the substrate type and switches modes accordingly, making it ideal for use in manufacturing, metal processing, chemical industries, quality inspection, and more.
