The 86125 is an intelligent UV meter host designed to support up to 9 different UV probes. It automatically recognizes the connected probe type via an aviation connector. The primary function of the host is to display test results. To perform measurements, users must purchase the appropriate probe according to their testing needs. The host and probe together can be used for measuring ultraviolet intensity and energy.

Application
Ultraviolet (UV) light is categorized into UVA (315–420 nm), UVB (280–315 nm), and UVC (230–280 nm) bands.
UVA is commonly used in industries such as photopolymerization, lithographic exposure, UV curing, and integrated circuit fabrication.
UVB is used in medical and healthcare environments for phototherapy lamps, plant growth lights, and reptile UVB fluorescent lamps.
UVC, also called shortwave UV, is primarily used for sterilization. UVC germicidal lamps are widely employed in hospitals, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, CDC labs, and wastewater treatment plants.
The 86125 handheld UV meter is ideal for these applications, where different probes are required to measure the radiation intensity or energy of specific UV bands.

No, the test data of 86125 UV light meter can only be read on the display screen of the host. If you need to export the data, you can learn about our UV energy meter (measuring UVA band) and UV light meter 86126C (measuring 254nm UVC germicidal lamp).
