Features
Multi-Layer Measurement Capability
Accurately measures up to 3 coating layers, or coating plus substrate, on virtually any material. Perfect for complex inspection scenarios.

Micron-Level Accuracy for Industrial Applications
With a high-speed ADC, the device captures data rapidly and delivers a resolution of 1μm. It ensures highly precise measurements required in demanding industrial environments.

High-Definition IPS Color Display
The industrial-grade IPS screen provides sharp, vivid readings that remain easy to read even under challenging lighting conditions.
Wide Measurement Range for Various Applications
Measures from 13–1000 μm (epoxy coatings) and 300–14,800 μm (on 45# steel), meeting the needs of both ultra-thin and thick coatings across multiple materials and industrial processes.

Real-Time Waveform Display for Visual Analysis
Live waveforms with an adjustable cursor allow users to observe echo signals clearly, analyze layer structures, confirm boundaries, and ensure accurate readings.
Automatic Gain Adjustment
For materials with poor sound conductivity, adjustable gain amplifies ultrasonic signals so pulses are accurately detected, ensuring reliable data capture.

Three Sound Velocity Modes for Versatile Measurements
Choose from preset velocities, calculate based on known thickness, or manually enter values to adapt to different materials and testing scenarios.

Range and Thickness Filtering
Set upper/lower range limits and estimated thickness to filter interference echoes, enhancing the accuracy of multi-layer measurements.
